Spring!
Spring is almost here and everything changes. There is more and more daylight
every day. I spend time in the garden again. Birds sing happily. I am changing
happily too. Slowly getting ready to give a birth, creating space and painting
a little. I also feel so grateful to women who have been supporting me through
my journey of pregnancy. Women power and support can be magical. It is amazing how easily women unite and
connect through their motherhood experience. It is also truly amazing how the
birth experience bonds families together.
I am also
grateful to Diane who recently bought one of my paintings, for her kind words
and sharing her connection to the painting. Paintings evolve emotions, memories
not only for me but also for those who I share my art with. Art works create parallel
stories, connections between the artist and the viewer. It is a subtle bond
which connects them both forever.
Star stories
still remain the main theme of my art works at the moment. I fell in love with
night sky at the Highlands.
Happy, happy
spring everyone and happy March.
Beautiful artwork as usual, dear Aga. Glad you are doing well. Much love xx
ReplyDeleteDearest Aga! I'm sending you love and peace and opening as you prepare for the coming months. I am now in the waiting period and am making lots of cookies and taking it easy. I hope you're still able to rest when needed. Big hugs and so much love to all of you. <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful piece. It reminds me of my gazing at the Southern Cross in the night sky just last week. Being southern hemisphere, I'm looking forward to cooler days of Autumn after a hot summer. Best wishes on your pending motherhood.
ReplyDeleteAnother thoughtful piece. The solitary figures in these paintings, painted from behind echo you noticing of your world in nature and our place in it. The figures are small because nature is so vast. I just love this direction in your work. Looking forward to hearing more about your nesting and getting ready. It's such a joyous time. xox
